The Reverse Prediabetes Program Christian Women in Mid-Life (the 12 week program)
During this 12 week intensive program, we will dig deep into your current struggle with the prediabetes diagnosis and create strategies to move you closer to your ideal weight, health, life and body. Things we will work on include:
1) Thought adjustment, creating new beliefs, habits, and patterns. This is the key to being successful with lowering blood sugar.and losing weight
2) Learning health and nutrition protocols and practical tools.
3) Creating your own healthy food plan and having daily accountability.
You’ll complete this program feeling confident and healthy with better HgB A1C and blood sugar numbers. You will learn how to manage cravings to keep your insulin and blood sugar numbers even and and to keep your blood sugar and insulin even which will help with fat loss.
In addition to one-hour, weekly coaching sessions with me, you will receive weekly assignments to complete that will help show you how you got to where you are now with your weight and health and how everything will change once you learn the tools and do the work.
