Take A Deep Breath Today

Let’s just take a moment today and just be OK with our feelings that may be all over the place: fatigue, fear, anxiety, frustration, depression – whatever it is you are feeling.

Take a deep breath. It’s going to be OK. It’s OK to be feeling a large range of feelings right now.

Take a moment to have some compassion for yourself and the situation – for yourself, your loved ones, friends, co-workers, health care professionals, the whole world…..Take a another deep breath.

What Jesus said in this scripture verse has given me comfort during these times and hopefully it will for you, too:

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. John 14:27
