In recent weeks, life has slowed down. In some ways it’s quieter, but for some of us, it has gotten more hectic at home.
Roles have changed, and so have our routines. The Covid-19 virus has affected all of us in some way or another.
I’m just wondering – have you allowed yourself to be still and dream during all this?
Dream about what your life will look like after we are no longer self-isolating?
Dream about how your life might change, if you decide to do things differently?
What if you could:
Explore having a new relationship? Or improving the one you are in?
Explore what’s next in your life or career?
Explore what lights you up and do more of that?
Explore changing your look from the same old thing to stylish and fun?
Stop doing the things that drain your energy?
Stop procrastinating and do something you’ve always dreamed of doing?
Stop hating your body and finally start taking to steps to be kind to it?
Think about the possibilities…Now is the time to dream and make a list of those things that you have been wanting to change in your life.
If there is one thing that I have learned in this crisis and you probably have too – life is short and you don’t really know how long you have here on earth.
Life is precious – why not dream how you would like it to look and then do it?
