How many times have you said to yourself, “That’s it. Something has to be done!”?
Your pants are too tight.
The muffin top is unsightly.
You feel tired and sluggish.
The mirror is not your friend.
Forget wearing a bathing suit and feeling great in it.
Are you finally ready to kickstart yourself into action?
You’ve tried many diets, food plans, and exercise programs. You lose weight and then you gain it back. You hate to fail again. What will be different this time?
I am here to tell you that you can kickstart yourself into action – not only that, but be successful. The key is this:
Just pick one small change to do now. That’s it. And you don’t have to wait until Monday or January 1. Don’t get overwhelmed with choices. Just pick one small thing to change.
Will it be exercise for 10 minutes 3 times a week?
Will it be eliminating the soda you have every day and substitute water or tea for it?
Will you choose a salad over your normal burger and fries?
Will you stop having your evening “snack” after dinner?
You pick. Make the substitution or change. And watch your confidence start to grow. It’s like a muscle that starts to get exercised. It gets stronger and stronger. Build on that.
I promise, ladies, you can do it! That once small change will kickstart yourself into action to do more and more.
First thing you know you’ve lost a couple of pounds. Your pants start to feel looser. And best of all you have more energy and a new outlook. Sound good?
What will your small change be this week? I’d love to hear what you pick and how you did it. Leave me a comment.
And if you need help getting started, send me an email at jane@janespringer.com and we’ll set up a free 20 minute strategy call to talk about your challenges, how to kickstart yourself into action and finally lose the weight that is bringing you down. If you’re ready, I am, too!
